We’re Back!!! Just like you we have been waiting for the season to come around and its finally here. Yay! Come on down and share the day and the boardwalk with us! We are open 9am-3pm.

Your Port Orchard Farmers Market has been busy behind the scenes gearing up for this coming season. With time flying so quickly these days, April is just around the corner. Our vendors cant wait to share their products with the community.  Over the next few weeks and months we will be hosting meetings and continuing preparations needed to pull this off. This year we kick off with our Annual Membership Meeting. This is one of the biggies. If you ever thought of participating in any way feel free to join us. We are still looking for Sponsors, Volunteers, and we always welcome new vendors. Here are the details for the meeting

Annual Membership Meeting Potluck

Wednesday,  January 21st, 6:00 pm – 9:15 pm.

Port Orchard Events Center Pavilion at 701 Bay Street.

(Bring food to share. The board will bring napkins, plates, cups, forks, tea, and trash bags.)

  • Agenda
    • Meet our new manager 
    • Provide resolution for 2014 concerns
    • Approve the 2015 budget
    • Nominate our 2015 Executive Board  
      • Please consider electing the 2015 executive board at this meeting. 
        • Positions:
          • President – Vice President – Treasurer – Secretary – Webmaster/IT – Publicist – Member at Large
          • Event Committee ( Chili Cook-off, Tomato Taste-off, Harvest Dinner, Festival Weeks, Harvest Dinner) 
          • Farm Visit Committee (and Farm Tours Liaison)
  • All members should participate in the market business this year, either by committee or office.

Harvest Dinner  –  October 12th

Celebrate the season at our annual Harvest Dinner!  This multi-course meal is created from market produce and features, seafood, wine, fruits, vegetables, breads, meats, and treats from our farmers market vendors.
